BiAmar is a Portuguese fortified wine, produced exclusively from Loureiro grapes grown in old vineyards in Brandara, Ponte de Lima, in the heart of the Vinho Verde region.
With a distinctive identity of its own, it combines the aromatic expression and natural freshness of Loureiro with the richness and smoothness characteristic of a fortified wine. The result is an elegant, floral, fruity and balanced wine that reflects the authenticity of its terroir and the unique character of its vineyards.
Its limited production and exclusive use of Loureiro grapes give BiAmar a distinctive and recognisable character. It is a versatile choice to serve as an aperitif, enjoy during moments of conviviality and tasting, or pair with desserts, nuts, cheeses and traditional Portuguese confectionery.
Served chilled, between 4°C and 6°C, it reveals its full aromatic expression and the balance between sweetness, acidity and persistence.
