How can I place an order?
Shopping in the BiAmar online store is simple, quick and secure. Select the product or products you wish to purchase, add them to your basket, enter your billing and delivery details, choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order. Once the process is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, track your purchases and place future orders more quickly.
Can I amend or cancel an order?
Yes, provided that your order has not yet been dispatched. As orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible, we recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to amend or cancel an order.
If your order has already been dispatched, amendments or cancellations may no longer be possible and transport or return costs may apply. Such costs shall be borne by the customer in accordance with applicable legislation and our Returns Policy.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order summary. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a further email with delivery and tracking information.

Are payments secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems, helping to protect your personal data throughout the purchasing process.
How long does delivery take?
Orders delivered within Mainland Portugal are normally delivered within 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation, unless stock shortages or exceptional circumstances occur.
For other destinations, delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and the courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. BiAmar ships to a wide range of countries, subject to delivery feasibility.
For some destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. For certain destinations, a prior quotation may be required. In such cases, please contact us at info@biamar.pt, indicating the products required, quantities and delivery address, and we will provide a personalised quotation.
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges may apply. Customs clearance and payment of these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Before placing an order, customers should verify whether the importation of alcoholic beverages is permitted in the destination country and ensure compliance with all applicable local legislation, including import restrictions, minimum legal drinking age, licensing requirements and quantity limits.
BiAmar cannot be held responsible for delays, customs holds, seizures, refused entry, returned shipments or additional costs resulting from non-compliance with the legislation of the destination country or from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned for reasons attributable to the customer, including refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs formalities, failure to collect the shipment or legal impossibility of importation, all associated transport, return, storage and customs costs shall be borne by the customer.
What are the shipping costs?
For most destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country, order weight and volume.
For certain countries or regions where shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, a personalised quotation may be required. Please contact us at info@biamar.pt, indicating the products required, quantities and delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
What happens if no one is available at the delivery address?
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt delivery again or provide collection instructions, in accordance with its procedures.
How does your Returns Policy work?
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable legislation, provided that the product has not been opened, used or damaged. For further information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
What should I do if the bottle arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will assess the situation and provide the most appropriate solution.

What is a Fortified Wine?
A Fortified Wine is a wine produced through a specific winemaking process in which grape spirit of agricultural origin is added during or after fermentation. This process preserves part of the grapes' natural sugars, giving the wine greater aromatic richness, body, smoothness and a higher alcohol content.
BiAmar is produced exclusively from the Loureiro grape variety, preserving its distinctive aromatic intensity and natural acidity.
